Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Cvelorinq S.A.S. ("we") collects, protects and processes personal data of users of the cvelorinq.com site and its associated platform. We wrote this document with 2026 in mind, in plain language and away from boilerplate.

§ 01

Data controller

Cvelorinq S.A.S., CUIT 30-71754382-9, registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, Floor 6, Puerto Madero, CABA, Argentina. Personal-data enquiries: privacy@cvelorinq.com.

§ 02

Data we collect

We collect only what we need to operate: name and email when you write through the form, and minimal device data (browser type, system, language) to deliver the service. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, additional identifiers are activated in line with Google Consent Mode v2.

§ 03

Purposes

We use data to answer enquiries, provide information about projects, comply with regulatory obligations (CNV, IGJ, UIF, AFIP) and — if you allow it — measure aggregate usage and show relevant advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

§ 04

Legal basis

Processing is based on your free and informed consent, on the execution of any relationship you decide to start with us and on legal obligations applicable in Argentina, including Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its amendments.

§ 05

Sharing with third parties

We share data only with necessary providers (hosting, email, analytics, digital advertising), under contracts that require confidentiality and equivalent standards. We may disclose information to competent authorities when the law requires it.

§ 06

International transfers

When we host data outside Argentina, we choose jurisdictions with adequate protection or apply contractual safeguard clauses, as required by current regulations.

§ 07

Retention

We keep data only for the time strictly necessary for the described purposes and then delete or anonymise it, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

§ 08

Your rights

You can access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data by writing to privacy@cvelorinq.com. You may also file a claim with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP) if you consider we have not responded properly.

§ 09

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: in-transit encryption, access control, audit logs and environment separation. No system is infallible; please let us know at the first sign of anything unusual.

§ 10

Changes to this policy

We will update this document when practices or regulations change. The last-updated date appears at the top. Where the change is substantial, we will highlight it on the site.
